The Giving Hope Tour takes the concept of a movie premier and makes it about the audience. It's a chance to give hope and lift up the less fortunate in our communities. Each event combines the generosity of companies, the venue of a movie premier at a Cinemark theatre, and the grass-roots effectiveness of charitable agencies.
Families from local communities receive free tickets to this delightful Latin-oriented premier. Some even arrive by limousine. Everyone walks the red carpet. Some kids are provided with hearing-aids by the Starkey Hearing Foundation. Others receive glasses from Lenscrafters. Cinemark provides each person with free popcorn, drink and candy. The premier features "Meet Me in Miami" a Latino-oriented comedy/romance set in Miami and New Zealand.
After the premier, families receive 10lbs of Tyson chicken as well as many other food items.
