The Hollywood premiere of Meet Me in Miami brought big smiles to the faces of everyone involved.

Words alone cannot convey the joy that was shared by all those involved in our recent Hollywood premiere. Celebrities and volunteers alike thanked us for the privilege of lifting up these precious less-fortunate kids from the Los Angeles area. Perhaps the pictures below will say more about this magical red carpet event. Enjoy!

Ashton Smith, one of the top movie trailer voice-over actors in Hollywood, hosted the pre-event ceremony in the middle of Hollywood & Highland Center.

At the pre-event ceremony, Lou "The Hulk" Ferrigno and Carlos Ponce, Meet Me in Miami star, compared their individual strengths.


Dave Hannah, CEO of Lift Up America, was joined by other excited guests to cut the ribbon to open the red carpet event.


Over 1,200 less fortunate children (and their chaperones) were part of our full-scale red carpet event on Hollywood Boulevard at world-famous Grauman's Chinese Theater.


This Honored Guest was very excited to see herself on the giant video screens on Hollywood Boulevard.


Angela Kinsey, from the hit-show, The Office, got a picture with one of our Honored Guests.


These Honored Guests of the Jewish Big Brothers/Big Sisters, got a charge out of arriving in the Interstate Battery limousine.


Heather Whitestone, the hearing-impaired winner of the 1995 Miss America pageant, let this Honored Guest try on her crown.


Luis Villegas, a top-selling Latin music recording artist and composer of music in the Meet Me in Miami movie, collects another autograph from an Honored Guest.


This "star" attracted the attention of the leading ladies of Meet Me in Miami, Tara Leniston (top) and Jennifer Salinas (right).


Inside Grauman's Chinese Theater, the director, producers, and actors of Meet Me in Miami shared with the huge crowd what went into the making of the movie.
