Lift Up America: A Diverse Partnership

Many different people and organizations come together to make these events successful. By working together we are able to truly impact the cities of our nation. Listen to what some of our partners have to say:

Karen Faith Heller - CEO, Cogmotion, Inc.

On kids walking the red carpet - "I really believe that the hugs and cheering give them a feeling of love in their heart. It's a feeling that goes very very deep. It makes them feel valued. That can go so far and much farther than just giving them food alone ... giving them love that they can overflow and share with others."

Darrell Scott - Founder and President of Rachel's Challenge

"I get exposed to a lot of organizations. I don't think there's an organization that exists that has the potential that Lift Up America does to change the culture and climate of our society. We are very pleased as Rachel's Challenge to be coming alongside Lift Up America and working with kids."

Erin Hunt - Miss Frisco Outstanding Teen, contestant for Texas Outstanding Teen 2007.

On being involved in the Dallas premiere - "It means a lot to me to be involved in this event. Being involved in the pageant system, it's a passion of mine to be able to help children and my platform is mentoring. It's my passion."

Clark Hunt - Owner, Kansas City Chiefs (NFL), FC Dallas (MLS)

"Lift Up America and the sponsors who are involved are clearly on board with the vision of our foundations. It's a way to really make an impact in these families' lives, in these children's lives. It's frankly a no-brainer for us to be involved."

Scott Gillis - Chief Financial Officer, Sun America

On corporations giving back to the community - "I think it's a great thing for the corporations to get involved with the community. It shows that the corporations care. It makes people more excited about buying their products. So when people come out and see the sponsors they are much more likely to buy an Interstate battery or Lenscrafters (glasses), etc."
